Disciplinary Actions

If a reportable disciplinary action has been filed on an Athletic Trainer in NC it will be reported under their licensure here.

Please contact the Executive Director for information on a particular disciplinary action.

Once your complaint is received by the NCBATE office it will be forwarded to the NCBATE Ethics Committee. The Board and their committee appreciates your concern and will review the matter carefully and take any appropriate action. The Ethics Committee will begin work on your complaint immediately and work together with a private investigator, Board counsel, and authorities if necessary.

The Board will strive to complete this investigation in a timely and efficient manner. However, each investigation into charges of ethical misconduct is unique and follows no specific timetable.
