Need Verification of your NC LAT sent to another U.S. State? If the state has a specific form for the NCBATE to complete please email it to executivedirector@ncbate.org or fax to 919-833-5743 to the attention of Paola Learoyd, Executive Director.
If you need verification on letterhead emailed or mailed to another U.S. State Board, please send an email to executivedirector@ncbate.org which includes your name and the exact email or address where the verification is to be sent. There is no fee for this service.
